Fee Refund Policy (2025-26)
In continuation of the order of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor dated 09.07.2025 with reference to University Grants Commission (UGC) Circular No. F. 2-71/2022 (CPP- II) (C-114546) dated 12th June 2024 issued for the academic session 2024-25, all the stakeholders are informed that the Fee Refund Policy in Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University for the academic session 2025-26 is notified as follows. Fee refund will be made after deduction of processing fee of Rs. 1000 only.
Students will have the right to refund of fees as per the following details, to facilitate them to choose the course of their choice.
