The Recruitment & Assessment Cell will be responsible for handling all matters related to the appointment of teaching & non-teaching staff in the University. The RAC shall develop & implement standardized procedures for the recruitment of teaching & non-teaching staff to ensure consistency, fairness & efficiency. These activities are performed as per the norms of the governing agencies viz. University Grant Commission & Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University Act & Statues.

Scrutiny of applications and short listing of eligible candidates
